By downloading or using TraceEraser ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Description of Service

TraceEraser is a privacy protection tool that scans your device for potential privacy risks such as browsing traces, cached data, and sensitive content. The App provides tools to help you clean and manage this data.

2. Subscription Terms

• TraceEraser offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription for full access to all features
• Introductory Offer: $0.99 for the first month, then $3.99/month
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the regular rate
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if applicable

3. Disclaimer

TraceEraser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate scanning results, we cannot guarantee the detection of all privacy risks on your device. The App does not replace professional security software.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceEraser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TraceEraser are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
